Splits Kaju are the broken pieces of cashew which are used in garnishing several dishes and desserts. They are in bean or kidney shape, with a smooth surface and smooth curvy pointed tip. It contains oleic acid which can reduce triglyceride levels, the excess of which is a common issue in diabetic patients. Splits Kaju can be had roasted or salted or even in paste form. It is offered by us in several packaging sizes in order to meet the demands of our patrons.
